From time to time, I like to paint. Like my steampunk jewellery, these canvases are more assemblage pieces incorporating the vintage bits I come across. I like to use mica, rusted door plates, keys, paper flowers, and odd little photos. Here's a peak at a few of them.

I've also taken up learning how to do bookbinding, and am in the process of creating a collection of journals that will feature hand-torn pages. The covers will feature collages like the paintings above. I've completed one so far, and loved doing it. I am rapidly acquiring all kinds of new tools and different kinds of paper. Here's some photos of the first journal.
